We are looking for a Strong Independent Orc to join our clan as a decisive, capable leader who combines physical presence with thoughtful judgement. This role requires someone who can lead by example, manage resources and people fairly, and represent the clan with confidence across neighbouring tribes and internal councils. The successful candidate will foster a culture of resilience, mutual respect and practical problem‑solving while ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

About the role

You will be a visible, hands‑on leader responsible for setting priorities, coordinating clan activities and maintaining standards of safety and prosperity. The position balances immediate operational needs — such as overseeing camps, supply distribution and patrols — with longer‑term planning for clan stability and growth. You will work closely with senior warriors, craftsmen and scouts to deliver outcomes that benefit the whole community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate clear objectives for the clan that align daily efforts with strategic priorities.

• Oversee allocation and stewardship of resources including food stores, tools and defensive equipment.

• Lead and coordinate patrols, training drills and community tasks to maintain readiness and cohesion.

• Mediate disputes and enforce a fair, consistent code of conduct to preserve trust and order.

• Represent the clan in negotiations, councils and dealings with neighbouring groups, advocating for clan interests.

• Mentor and develop emerging leaders, supporting succession planning and skills transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team, band or community with diverse personalities and strengths.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to rally others and resolve conflicts constructively.

• Practical problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Experience managing supplies, logistics or camp operations at scale.

• Resilience, steady temperament and a calm, firm approach to leadership.

Nice to have

• Background in territorial negotiations, defensive tactics or leading mixed‑skill teams.

• Knowledge of regional customs, trade routes or informal alliances.

• Experience training others in practical crafts, combat readiness or survival skills.
